I offer editing services for fiction and general, creative, and scholarly nonfiction.

Books I have worked on closely as a developmental editor and proofreader have been recognized as a New Yorker Best Book of the year and a finalist for the National Book Critics Circle Award.

I have taught critical writing and creative nonfiction at Barnard, NYU, and Yale, and my own creative nonfiction has been taught in writing classes at both Columbia and Yale. I am also uniquely positioned to help scholars make their writing more accessible to a general audience. As a PhD in literature—with wide-ranging interests in comparative literature and theory, film studies, philosophy, art history, and political science—I have published and translated scholarly work.
